Power and Associates reveals which vehicles earned the best customer
loyalty in 2010. Honda is tied at first place, retaining 62 percent of its
customers.
The loyalty study measures not only the rate automotive brands retain existing customers, but also the reasons customers remain loyal. Findings show that Honda's customer loyalty is driven by the Honda Accord, the Honda CR-V, and the Honda Pilot and owners' understanding of the vehicles' superior resale value and safety.
