After hearing of Honda's decision to phase out the Element, many people have speculated that the Ridgeline would be next on the company's chopping block. That, however, is simply hearsay. The Ridgeline pickup will continue and prevail.
Ridgeline sales may be humble compared to models from other truck models, however, John Mendel, Executive Vice President, Honda's U.S. unit explains that the Ridgeline has developed a strong following and it increases Honda's "share of the garage."1
