Damaged Transmission

Vehicles affected:
Some 2005-10 Accord, 2007-10 CR-V and 2005-08 Element vehicles.

What is the problem:
Basic Problem: If the transmission is repeatedly shifted between reverse (R) neutral (N), and drive (D) at high engine RPM, such as when rocking the vehicle to get it unstuck from snow, the transmission may become damaged.  This damage can cause the engine to stall, and/or cause the vehicle to roll away when the shift lever is in park (P).
